You will make an impact by :
As the Senior Manager, you will partner closely with the Associate Director Customer Insights and Strategy to stay abreast of customer perceptions of the Walmart brand and marketing campaigns.
Manage campaign measurement studies across the creative lifecycle.
Exhibit strong research acumen across the various methodologies, understanding how insights can most effectively inform strategies and optimizations.
Serve as the subject matt er expert to the business on brand and campaign insights, effectively communicating the customer point-of-view.
Stay current with the latest methodologies and approaches, ensuring that the business is leveraging best-in-class tools and technologies to maximize research and campaign ROI.
S ynthesize research and analytical findings to present clear, actionable recommendations to inform campaign strategies and investments.
Identify best practices and principles that can be leveraged for future creative development.
Translate complex model s , methodologies, and analytics into simple and actionable output.
Effectively and efficiently manage external research suppliers, ensuring that deliverables are aligned with timelines and learning objectives.
L everage your consultative experience and thought leadership skills to identify , plan and prioritize primary research for potential optimizations.
Contribute to a high-performance culture delivering multiple projects, priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Four-year degree or equivalent experience 5
years of work experience in Marketing Research, Brand or Consumer Insights Strong knowledge of qualitative, quantitative, syndicated and first party search tools Record of proactively applying your research skills to influence business and brand strategy Strategic mindset and bias for action with ability for strategic planning and influencing business leaders with data driven insights Ability to thrive under tight deadline and work confidently amidst ambiguity and uncertainty Excellent project management skills, in a face-paced environment, with proven ability to lead multiple projects and priorities Must have excellent analytic problem and critical-thinking skills Outstanding written communication and story-telling skills An inquisitive and curious mindset, always striving to understand the why Minimum
Qualifications:
BA/BS in Business Administration, Marketing Research or related field required (MBA/other graduate degree preferred) 5
