What the Role Is:
As a Staff Product Manager specializing in People AI, you will be at the forefront of delivering our AI strategy and shaping our People technology roadmap.
This pivotal role requires a unique blend of technical expertise in the AI space, a great understanding of connecting experiences and AI together, and exceptional communication skills.
You are, both, a bridge-builder and storyteller.
By connecting AI with digital experiences, you will empower associates around the world to work better and live better, revolutionizing how talent is attracted, developed, and retained.
You will also be responsible for continuing to build our product analytics-as-a-service strategy and experience, working with teams to provide access to key performance insights to inform product strategies across the portfolio.
What You'll Do:
Collaborate with HR domain leadership and cross-functional teams to develop and execute our HR AI strategy, aligning it with the company's vision and goals.
Work with other product managers to conceptualize, design, and deliver AI-powered products that enhance People processes and provide a superior digital experience for associates.
Translate business requirements into technical specifications and vice versa, ensuring seamless integration of AI solutions into our experience layers.
Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch, while maintaining a strong focus on user-centric design principles.
Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to develop advanced AI models, algorithms, and data pipelines.
Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of People AI products by defining and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs).
Build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the People domain, providing regular updates and gathering feedback to drive product improvements.
Stay up to date with the latest advancements in all AI domains, machine learning, and NLP, exploring their potential application in associate experiences.
Serve as a subject matter expert on People AI You'll Make an Impact By:
Driving innovation by leveraging AI to enhance People processes and digital experiences.
Empowering Associates and People professionals with AI-powered tools to make informed decisions and drive strategic initiatives.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to create associate-centric AI products that revolutionize the HR landscape.
Influencing the company's AI strategy and playing a pivotal role in shaping the future of HR technology.
Being flexible and open to the ambiguity of the changing landscape and ready to jump into anything.
You'll sweep us off our feet if 7
years of proven experience as a Product Manager, ideally in AI-powered products or HR technology.
Demonstrated technical prowess with a solid understanding of AI, machine learning, and NLP concepts and technologies.
Curiosity in emerging AI technologies.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Strong track record of collaborating with stakeholders at various levels.
Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions and solve complex problems.
Proactive and self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
