What are you waiting for?About the Team The Senior Manager I, Program Management, E2E fulfillment Agile Leader will teach, lead, and execute agile methodologies throughout the WEF organization including setting up agile structures, leading daily standups, time-boxing work, leveraging tools such as Jira to keep focus on deliverables and timelines.
Drive rapid prototyping and minimum viable product (MVP) creation, ensure the development of product lifecycles.
This position will report to the Senior Director II, Walmart End to End Fulfillment Integration, and will be based in Bentonville, Arkansas (and are not considering full time remote candidates at this time.
)What you'll do.
Evaluate program performance by comparing projects to actual results, identifying and analyzing KPIs, conducting ROI analyses, reviewing customer response and feedback, and identifying and addressing cross-functional program and project issues.
Drive informed decision-making and ensure resolution of critical issues through partnership with senior leaders.
Create communication strategy and content for keeping all program and product stakeholders apprised of sprints, roadmaps, and quick value-added deliverables.
Educate sponsors and executive leadership on program requirements, and develop and implement an agile methodology framework for all Walmart End to End Fulfillment initiatives.
Analyze and interpret information for one or more initiative work streams.
Drive program management process improvement while driving the execution of multiple business plans and projects.
Ensure business needs are being by evaluating effectiveness of sprints.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field and 3 years' experience in project management, compliance, operations management, or related area OR 5 years' experience in project management, compliance, operations management, or related area.
1 year's experience leading cross-functional teams.
3 years' experience using intermediate functionality of Microsoft Office.
