Director, RWE Lead Research Scientist

Position SummaryWhat you'll do RWE Lead Scientist - Head of Research Science, Walmart Healthcare Research Institute This role is to design, build and lead the research science team within the Walmart Healthcare Research Institute (WHRI).

The ideal candidate has experience with cutting-edge RWE according to most updated regulatory guidelines a vision for how to leverage Walmart data across clinical development demonstrated industry thought leadership an understanding of conventional and advanced analytics as they apply to drug development experience leading heterogeneous teams skillfully navigate large enterprise environment and manage stakeholders Provides independent contribution and mentorship in the design, execution, analysis, interpretation, and internal and external communication of specific RWE studies.
Delivers highly experienced strategic input, epidemiological/outcomes research support, and leadership to support evidence generation across all stages of pharmaceutical development to maximize market potential, manage risks, and optimize epidemiological processes and methods.
Provides innovative thinking for the design of clinical and epidemiological/outcomes research programs and commercialization opportunities.
Sets standards for the utilization of real-world evidence.
Provides methodological leadership and input to real-world evidence strategies.
Works closely with internal and external teams to identify and validate data sources and build appropriate analytic strategies.
Uses epidemiological/outcomes expertise to provide strategic guidance to the Walmart Healthcare Research Team and to Walmart in.
Delivers business value by translating complex data into meaningful insights.
Works with strategic partners and customers across the pharmaceutical industry (for example, pharmaceutical companies, service providers, academic institutions).
Provides overall direction by analyzing business objectives and customer needs; developing, communicating, building support for, and implementing business strategies, plans, and practices; analyzing costs and forecasts and incorporating them into business plans; determining and supporting resource requirements; evaluating operational processes; measuring outcomes to ensure desired results; identifying and capitalizing on improvement opportunities; promoting a customer environment; and demonstrating adaptability and sponsoring continuous learning.
Develops and implements strategies to attract and maintain a highly skilled and engaged workforce by diagnosing capability gaps; recruiting, selecting, and developing talent; supporting mentorship, workforce development, and succession planning; and leveraging the capabilities of new and existing talent.

Prior work experience in clinical and commercial drug development processes.
Prior work experience in the pharmaceutical industry or in closely related academic epidemiological/outcomes research.
Prior work experience in secondary data.
Prior work experience in epidemiological/outcomes research (for example, design, execution, and publication of original research relevant to drug discovery and development (e.
g.
, drug safety) or commercialization in peer-reviewed journal).

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
