Willow Creek Womens Hospital is currently seeking a leader that has the management capabilities to lead our Surgical Services Team forward into the future.
If you join our team in this role, you will report to the Director of Nursing and have the opportunity to lead a team of trained professionals who want to care for our patients in the best way possible.
Key responsibilities of this position Overseeing the daily operations of the surgery department Staffing and training of the Surgical Services team Overseeing pre- and post-operative care of patients Procuring and Maintaining equipment and supplies Key qualifications to be considered for this Licensed RN with at least 5
years of experience in the field; 10
preferred Strong technical understanding of the fields concepts, practices, and procedures Strong management and business acumen within a competitive and regulated Experience leading teams with the ability to inspire and motivate Masters Degree preferred #INDNWLicenses & CertificationsRequired L-AR-RN License C-AHA BLS Basic Cardiac BehaviorsPreferred Shows intense and eager enjoyment and interest Inspires teammates to follow them Devoted to a task or purpose with loyalty or integrity MotivationsPreferred Inspired to perform without outside help Ability to Make an Inspired to perform well by the ability to contribute to the success of a project or the organization Recommended Skills Basic Life Support Coaching And Mentoring Commercial Awareness Leadership Nursing Surgical Procedures Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
