You'll Make an Impact by Develop and maintains relationships with project sponsors and stakeholders by educating sponsors and stakeholders on product and program requirements and documentation; collaborate with stakeholders to assess costs and establish the return on investment; secure management approval for resource allocations; create a communication plan which determines communication level, frequency, detail, and distribution of status updates; and minimize the impact of changes.
Manage initiatives and projects at the project level by developing and communicating project plans and schedules to teams and stakeholders to support established objectives; and communicating and adhering to project management standards and practices.
Manage multiple medium-scale projects or multiple work streams by collaborating with stakeholders to efficiently develop and deliver recommended solutions; follow project methodology; align multiple project requirements; identifying changes and escalating them to supervisors; and executing system changes.
Coordinate, complete, and oversee job-related activities and assignments by developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders; support plans and initiatives to meet customer and business needs; identify and communicate goals and objectives; build accountability for and measuring progress in achieving results; identify and address improvement opportunities; and demonstrate adaptability and promoting continuous learning.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures and supports company mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity by implementing related action plans; utilize and support the Open Door Policy; and provide direction and guidance on applying these in executing business processes and practices.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
