Human Resources Generalist

As a Human Resources Generalist at Field Agent, you will play a critical role in supporting and enhancing our organization's human resources operations.
This position is well-suited for a dynamic and proactive individual with a deep understanding of HR practices and a passion for building a positive work culture.
As the HR Generalist, you will work directly with employees, managers, and the HR team to provide comprehensive HR support, implement policies, and drive various HR initiatives.
Responsibilities:
Payroll administration including time and attendance, paid time off tracking, payroll submission and reporting Benefits administration including medical, dental, life, flexible benefits plan (FSA), 401k, group accident plan and supplemental insurance plans, including enrollment, processing, and maintenance Assist employees with any personal status or data changes that may arise (i.
e.
change of address, direct deposit, etc.
) Internal customer service support, handling confidential and sensitive information Assist management in terminations, corrective actions, personal improvement plans, performance evaluations, etc.
Recruitment support including interview scheduling, reference and background checks and applicant correspondence Stay up-to-date with employment laws and regulations, ensuring that the company's HR practices remain in compliance.
Prepare necessary documentation for legal and regulatory requirements.
Manage new employee paperwork, verification, and set up within HCM system Manage open enrollment, in processing ADA & FMLA requests, and processing employee moves, promotions, and terminations Manage and monitor external Human Resources contacts, third party and vendor relationships Develop and maintain accurate and secure electronic and paper records, files and correspondence Assist with policy development and documentation Assist employees and supervisors with basic interpretation of HR policies and procedures Respond to reference checks and employment verification where applicable Help coordinate and assist with team events and staff recognition programs KEY QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:
Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and demonstrate professionalism through written and verbal communications Proficient in computer skills including Microsoft Office applications and Calendar management Accuracy with strong attention to detail Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work Interpersonal skills that promote teamwork, cooperation, and relationship building Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work under pressure with frequent interruptions while maintaining a professional attitude Service-oriented 2
